Ark Fire Safety Management

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Ark Fire Safety Management ("we", "us", or "our"), including fire risk assessments and fire safety consultancy, to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide:

Fire risk assessments in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Fire safety consultancy tailored to the nature and use of your premises
Recommendations for compliance with legal obligations and best practices

All assessments and advice are based on the information available at the time of the visit and/or consultation.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide access to the property at the agreed date and time
Supply accurate and complete information about the premises
Notify us of any known hazards or access restrictions in advance
Implement any recommendations at your own discretion and risk

You remain responsible for complying with all applicable fire safety laws and regulations.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees will be confirmed in writing before the service is carried out.
A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
Full payment is due within [7/14] days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, weather, access issues).

5. Liability

We take care to ensure the accuracy and quality of our assessments and advice.
However, we do not accept liability for loss or damage arising from actions taken based on our reports or recommendations.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid, except in cases of negligence or fraud.

6. Confidentiality

All information provided by you will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All written reports, templates, and recommendations are the intellectual property of Ark Fire Safety Management and may not be reproduced or shared without our written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
